- £500,000 buildings reinstatement cover as standard - This can be increased to £1,000,000 for an additional premium
- £50,000 Contents Insurance – This can be increased to £75,000 for an additional premium

What’s not covered
As with all insurance policies there are certain circumstances when you may not be able to make a claim, known as exclusions. Some examples include
- Any loss or damage to buildings caused by wet rot or dry rot
- General wear and tear
- Storm or flood damage to fences, hedges and gates
